Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Despite the persistent smell of weed in the room, it was quite quiet, and the room amenities like the separate seating area, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and safe were convenient. However, the noise from the nearby pub ventilation system below our window was bothersome. The service, while initially a bit harsh, improved, especially for elite status guests, with good knowledge of local restaurants. The location was great for exploring downtown Atlanta, although the lack of views from the room was a drawback. The dining experience, although within walking distance of attractions, lacked variety in breakfast options. Additional details highlighted the ease of access to downtown with the shuttle service as a plus, but the noise and the wafting smell of smoke were clear downsides.
Upon check-in, the room smelled strongly of smoking, but overall it was immcaulately clean and surprisingly spacious with a kitchenette. It was a large and comfortable space to stay in. The service was very friendly and professional, though there was a minor issue with understanding some points of view. The hotel's location was convenient for activities and even offered a shuttle service to attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory with a small lobby bar and snack area. Additional aspects include great walking distance to sites and the ability to leave luggage after check-out.
The hotel had spacious, clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, but the restroom was a bit small to easily move around. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the valet parker to the front desk clerk. The location was in a gated secured area, convenient for both business and tourist spots. The dining experience was generally good, especially with food available from the 24-hour kitchen.
The hotel had spacious rooms that were immaculate and peaceful, with a king bed and a divider between the bed and the hide-a-bed couch. The service was top-notch from the friendly and efficient staff. The location was good, near the aquarium and Centennial Olympic Park, despite occasional interactions with the homeless. The dining experience was fantastic for exploring within walking distance. The facilities cater to a comfortable stay.
